As a key team member, she collaborates closely with the company’s president, skillfully handling the intricate process of opening new plans and fulfilling all plan service requirements. Her responsibilities extend to a comprehensive range of tasks, including participant enrollments, investment selections, facilitating changes, handling loan and hardship distributions, and managing rollovers.
