Hollie Frazier’s journey began amidst the scenic landscapes of wild and wonderful West Virginia, where she embraced her passion for the sciences and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Shepherd University. Venturing beyond her mountainous origins, Hollie’s aspirations led her to North Carolina, where she embarked on a career in zookeeping, specializing in the care and conservation of large cats.
In 2016, Hollie moved to Nashville, where she continued her zookeeping career with Primates and Carnivores at the renowned Nashville Zoo. Her dedication and proficiency quickly gained recognition, setting her on a trajectory that would soon intersect with the dynamic realm of finance and business.
Hollie’s journey with The R.O.W. Group commenced in September of 2019, initially as a part-time contributor. Since then, Hollie’s commitment of excellence has propelled her into the role of Director of New Business and an Associate Advisor at The R.O.W. Group.
With an impressive array of credentials under her belt, including TN Life and Health, Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 Licenses, along with the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) professional designation, Hollie brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her clients. Her area of focus is partnering with Business Owners to tailor and optimize Succession Planning, Wealth Transfer, Executive Benefits, Retirement Planning, and Estate Planning. Her journey from the world of biology to the realms of finance showcases her adaptability, determination, and drive for continuous growth.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Hollie’s diverse interests mirror her vibrant personality. Whether she is reading, crocheting, kayaking, hiking, attending concerts, or spending time with her cat, River, Hollie is always on the move. Most importantly to her, Hollie can be found at local Nashville music venues supporting her husband, Bryan, a professional singer-songwriter.
